Frequently asked questions

What is Trabit, exactly?

A training tracker for athletes. It brings together recurring habits (scheduled around your season and any rehab), a notebook for session reviews and notes, and performance tests for numbers like lift maxes, sprint times and jump heights.

What makes it different from other habit trackers?

Most habit apps only know "done or not done," and let you quietly edit history to protect a streak. Trabit records partial and late completions as their own states, gives you one day to catch up on anything you forgot to log, and then locks the day. A missed day stays missed, and your streak is worked out from what actually happened.

How much does it cost?

Trabit is a subscription app, with monthly and annual plans. Where a free trial is offered, it's shown on the subscription screen before you pay, along with the price in your currency. See the Terms of Service for how billing and cancellation work.

Does it work with Apple Health?

Yes. Link a habit to steps, active energy, exercise minutes, walking and running distance, or stand hours, and it completes itself once Health reports enough for the day. Access is read-only; Trabit never writes to Apple Health.

Does it work with WHOOP?

Yes. Connect your WHOOP account in Settings to link habits to recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep performance or day strain, and to plot that history in Stats. Also read-only, and you can disconnect at any time.

What is the Consistency Rating?

A score for how much of your own plan you actually completed, over the last 28 days or all time. It's calculated on our servers from what you logged, so it can't be edited. Joining Social is optional: if you join, other Trabit users can see your name and rating on the leaderboard, but never your habits, notes or tests.

Are there Home Screen widgets?

Yes. One shows today's progress and your streak, and another opens straight to today's note. Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose Trabit.

What platforms is Trabit available on?

iPhone, currently in beta through TestFlight. There's no Android version yet.

How is my data kept private?

Every table in the database enforces row-level security, so your data is only accessible to your own account, even at the database layer. Your notebook can be locked behind Face ID. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Full details are in the Privacy Notice.

Can I export or delete my data?

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings. It's immediate and permanent. For a data export, contact bowlerm007@gmail.com.

I have a different question.

Visit Support or email bowlerm007@gmail.com. It goes straight to the developer.
